Growth Marketing Lead

About the Role:
Feeder Digital is a growing digital marketing agency in Charlottesville, VA helping small businesses stand out online through smart websites, local SEO, and effective marketing strategy. We’re looking for a part-time Growth Marketing Lead — a resourceful, full-stack marketing operator who can execute across web, SEO, ads, and more. This person will partner with our client lead to deliver results efficiently and consistently, supporting a high-quality client experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain websites (Webflow, WordPress, Squarespace, etc.)

  • Set up and optimize local SEO and Google Business Profiles

  • Run and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta)

  • Deploy and monitor email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)

  • Create light design assets (Canva, Adobe tools) and marketing collateral

  • Support brand and content creation across platforms

  • Collaborate weekly with a client-facing partner who translates business needs into marketing priorities

  • Report on key marketing metrics and help improve internal processes

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years experience in digital marketing or creative execution

  • Solid skills across website building, SEO, paid ads, and email

  • Comfortable juggling multiple client needs in a remote, async setup

  • A good eye for branding, messaging, and clean design

  • Confident self-starter who can work with minimal oversight

  • Bonus: Experience in working with service-based and local small businesses

Compensation & Setup

  • Hourly Rate: $40 to 60/hour depending on experience

  • Hours: 10-15 hours per week to start, with room to grow

  • Monthly Estimate: $2,000 to $3,500/month

  • Flexible contract or freelance setup

  • Opportunity to grow in hours, responsibilities, and pay over time

Client Success Lead

We're currently building the next phase of our team and seeking a high-ownership individual to lead both client relationships and new business growth.

About the Role

We're hiring a Client Success Lead— someone who’s equal parts relationship-builder, strategist, and closer. You’ll manage our client portfolio, ensure projects are running smoothly, and help grow our agency by turning warm leads into long-term partners.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on communication, takes initiative, and knows how to turn conversations into value.

What You’ll Own

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all active clients (5-10 accounts and growing)

  • Lead onboarding, regular check-ins, and strategy reviews (in-person or virtual)

  • Proactively identify upsell opportunities or new service needs

  • Coordinate weekly with our internal marketing team to execute deliverables

  • Build and manage lightweight CRM processes

  • Own discovery and proposal conversations with new leads

  • Help craft proposals and close deals with support from the founder

  • Continuously improve client retention, communication, and service experience

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years experience in client success, account management, or consultative sales (agency or startup preferred)

  • Strong verbal and written communication — you speak "business owner" fluently

  • Great at running meetings, managing expectations, and driving outcomes

  • You understand digital marketing well enough to translate between client goals and tactical work (web, SEO, branding, lead gen)

  • Process-oriented but flexible; you can build structure without slowing things down

  • Friendly, proactive, and a natural relationship-builder

Compensation & Setup

  • Starting at: $40–$60/hour depending on experience

  • Hours: 10–15 hours per week to start, with potential to grow

  • Monthly Range: ~$2,000–$3,500/month

  • Part-time contractor to start, with path to long-term leadership role

  • Remote, flexible schedule (based near Charlottesville, VA or Richmond, VA is a must)
